There are 3 public boat ramps with in 2 miles of the property. The waterway will accommodate a draft of 24”. Ferry Street Park and Uptown Station are just minutes away. Everything in the house is brand new and kept perfectly clean and organized so you and yours can relax .

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.
