Spacious living area is ideal for people needing to work - The twin room on the second floor has a sloping roof and due to steep stairs is not suitable for children under 8 Coddington Vineyard is close to the market town of Ledbury and the Malvern hills are 15 mins away ideal for walking and cycling. A complimentary wine tasting for guests at week ends.

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? This beautiful newly renovated barn conversion is located in the quiet village of Mordiford just five miles to the East of Hereford and benefits from lovely walks direct from the door. The property is all on one level with just two small sets of steps. The property embraces renewable energy sources with both solar panels and an air source heat pump which feeds the underfloor heating which warms the flagstones throughout the living space. We warmly welcome children and well behaved dogs.
