The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos en twee biggen. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. Luister muziek, via bluetooth of LP speler en tuur om je heen...

Parkeerplaats voor 1 auto. De Lodge is voorzien van verwarming, airco, wifi, keuken, badkamer en een opgemaakt bed van 140x200 cm en handdoeken. De afmeting van de Lodge is 3x6 m waarvan één meter overdekte buitenkeuken is. WIlduitkijkpunt om de hoek! Restaurants en fietsverhuur op loopafstand. OV 10-15 min

Direct aan het water met sup of kano

Het luxe en stijlvolle verblijf ligt aan de Berkel in de historische Hanzestad Zutphen. Het is een heerlijke uitvalbasis om het hele jaar Zutphen en omgeving te verkennen. Het is slechts enkele minuten lopen naar de stad. Zutphen is een mooie stad met veel historische gebouwen met leuke winkels, musea en veel restaurants. Er zijn verschillende wandel/fiets routes. Zo kunt u het IJssel/ Berkel gebied, de bossen of Veluwe verkennen. Vanuit de achtertuin stap je zo op een sup of in een kano.

Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!
