We have everything you need for a short-term stay (TDY): queen-sized bed w/ linens, pillows, blankets, towels, Keurig, airfryer, Instapot, microwave, hot water cooker, induction hot plate, pots, pans, silverware, essential dishes, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board, couch, smart TV, blow dryer, WIFI, free parking, washer/dryer access, beach/lake access, serene setting. No smoking!

The Bull's Retreat - 2 King Beds

The Bull's Retreat, a newly renovated space with 2 King Beds and 2 single beds, ideal for travelers or getaways. It's centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood near Ft. Bragg, Fayetteville, Sanford & Southern Pines. It's great for reconnecting with familiy and friends. The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open living room. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

Farm Life Refresh!

This 1940 brick farm house was built by my grandfather and tobacco was grown for years. He owned and operated the White Swann Trading Post and grill until his passing. We consider ourselves fortunate and enjoy sharing the beauty and wonder of this place with our family and now you. Today it is in transition from being an active sheep farm. In addition to nice walking and outdoor hangout spots on the 83 acres there is a 9 acre lake where you may enjoy fishing and non motorized boating! Welcome!

Bluff Cottage Private Guesthouse

Beautifully situated on the McDaniel Pine Farm in Wade, NC you’ll feel right at home in the Bluff Cottage. A studio setup with a queen bed & 2 chairs that convert into comfortable single beds. There is also an air mattress available. Comfortable living room area with large flat screen TV and dedicated desktop workspace. Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

Unique home from late 70's w/ original baths, spiral staircase & wall to wall windows. Take a groovy step back in time-enjoy sitting in the treetops in a gated golf community. The 2 queen bedrooms & both baths feature period decor but are still luxurious & comfortable. Sleeper sofa has a 3-inch foam topper. Kitchen is fully kitted with keurig (pods, creamers, sugars), full size oven/fridge, cookware, dishes, utensils, portable dishwasher. Fishing poles provided or play a few rounds of golf.

Come enjoy a cozy and quiet stay directly on the Cape Fear River! Take in all the beauty of the backyard no matter the season! Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee and head on down to the river via a private bridge and view the sunrise! Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.

Experience beautiful views with a pond, gazebo, and treehouse while enjoying the renovated historical 1930 home on over 2 acres! Spacious home that can comfortably sleep 8 people. Conveniently located in Sanford, right off 87 highway, not far from major nearby cities and minutes from grocery stores & restaurants. Enjoy the beautiful landscape, go kayaking or fishing, relax in the gazebo or play games in the tree house. (CURRENTLY HAS NO WI-FI)

We welcome you if you are traveling with your horse or visiting the Southern Pines, Pinehurst, or the Ft. Bragg area. It is an easy 9 mile drive to Southern Pines, 11 miles to Woodlake Country Club, 12 miles to downtown Pinehurst, and 17 miles to Fort Liberty.
