The terrace on the 4th floor (25 square meter ) and the roof terrace (30 square meter with sweeping sea views) are shared by 3 apartments. Spanish Catalan-style classical architecture, suite with separate bathroom and kitchen. Equipped with Mitsubishi air conditioner and new furniture appliances. Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.
