Annandale Beach is a 1 minute easy walk to the beach. The home and large deck have expansive views of the Bay of Islands . You will love lazing about on the large deck, gazing out at the incredible view. You’ll love our place not only because of the fantastic views, but also proximity to Paihia, Russell and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. It is perfectly located for all the Bay has to offer. We welcome couples and small groups. We are an easy flat walk to Paihia village and the Tourist ferries.

This luxuriously furnished self contained home is nestled in a bush-clad hillside in Paihia, known as the 'Winterless North,' the Bay of Islands is a cluster of over 144 islands. This 3 double bedroom home is tastefully furnished with quality fittings. Beach views from the main lounge and 3 separate decks. It is fully self-contained, modern and spacious. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

Free Netflix ....high speed internet..Spectacular views from large deck of the famous and historical Waitangi River and Reserve. Abundant native bush and bird life. Only 5 minutes by car to Beach, Cafes, Supermarket and Golf course. Fantastic walking tracks from Haruru Falls....we also have another place Dargaville " Pouto Peninsula Farm cottage".peaceful place on the farm.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, soak up all day sun on the East or west facing decks, unobstructed ocean views both sides of the house, the sunrises and sunsets are incredible! Three good sized bedrooms each with Queen size beds and luxury linen, cupboards and beside tables. Marina, boat ramp and lovely bays and beaches all within a short drive or walk of the property. Watch the harbour activities and ever changing vista from the deck of our clean and comfortable home. We are situated just above the car ferry on the Russell side of the Opua harbour. The ferry cost is $17 per car & runs a continual service. Or you can walk on for just $2 per person. Please note that although you have sole occupancy of the house, the property has another cottage & resident in it. The driveway is also shared.
