The Seahorse Cottage. Built in 2022

Come stay at the Seahorse Cottage built specifically to be a vacation rental. It has a spacious open kitchen, living room, laundry room, and master king suite on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms, a full bath, and open desk/workspace upstairs. Located in the heart of Swansboro, NC, it’s just a short walk to downtown and to the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW). The cottage has a detached two car garage and two covered porches on the front and back. It is pet-friendly with a fenced in backyard.

Charming 2 Bed, 1 Bath, 2nd row beach house less than a minute walk to beach access. Enjoy the sounds of waves relaxing on the front patio or at our gas fire pit. Required non-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations w/direct access to our fenced back yard (fee is based upon # of pets & length of stay). Saturday - Saturday rentals during prime season (Memorial Day Wk- End thru Labor Day Wk-End). No monthly discounts during summer prime. Bed/Bath linens additional fee ($75) or BYOL

Little Coastal Cottage Shangri-LALA

Relax in this peaceful place which is located just over 5 miles to Emerald Isle bridge & 8 minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment in Cape Carteret. Our little place provides 480 cozy sq. ft. with full kitchen, all cooking amenities, a large room with a loveseat pullout bed, dedicated work space, Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD (no cable) and Alexa. Washer and dryer, and regular tub for bathing or showering(filtered water). Enjoy sitting on the front porch in the evening for some nice down-time!

It’s 3rd in a-row of 4 cottages street to street at 206 S Topsail Dr to 205 S Shore Dr. A convenient public beach access w bathrooms & outdoor shower are diagonally across the street. Private parking & shared shower, shed w beach chairs & beach toys. Easy walk to restaurants, IGA Grocery (local's favorite butcher around) & 24 hour pier fishing.

Country Cottage

The Cottage has 800 sq ft of living space. It has a galley kitchen with everything you need to cook. It has one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom area has one queen size bed. We also have a separate laundry area for your use. Our guest entry is at the back of the Cottage. There is a walk in closet as you enter on your left. We have a dresser inside the closet for your use as well. Our cottage is decorated with recycled and repurposed vintage items.
