The Seahorse Cottage. Built in 2022

Come stay at the Seahorse Cottage built specifically to be a vacation rental. It has a spacious open kitchen, living room, laundry room, and master king suite on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms, a full bath, and open desk/workspace upstairs. Located in the heart of Swansboro, NC, it’s just a short walk to downtown and to the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW). The cottage has a detached two car garage and two covered porches on the front and back. It is pet-friendly with a fenced in backyard.

Sunset Sound Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with amazing views. Sunset Sound Cottage - Waterfront with sweeping sunset views over Topsail Sound. Explore the surrounding waters from the private dock on the paddle boards and tandem kayaks included with your stay. Close beach access just 2 minute walk to the ocean, with optional parking area. Outdoor shower makes it fun to come back home after a day at the beach, and you'll love relaxing on the back deck to take in those famous Topsail sunsets.

The perfect place to getaway whether you want to disconnect and relax and rejuvenate or you are up for exploration and adventure! Warm, inviting, and full of natural light, this 3 bed, 2 bath, 1,530 sq ft cottage has been beautifully maintained and updated. The incredible back porch with water views provides you with 600 sq ft of additional living space!

Cozy Cottage by the Sandy Shores (2nd floor unit)

Charming 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, 2nd row beach house less than a minute walk to the beach access. Enjoy sounds of waves splashing & the ocean breezes relaxing on the front deck. Required NON-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations including a fenced back yard (fee varies depending on length of stay and # of dogs). Saturday - Saturday rentals during prime season (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day). No monthly discounts during summer prime. Bed/Bath linens additional fee ($115) or BYOL.

Little Coastal Cottage Shangri-LALA

Relax in this peaceful place which is located just over 5 miles to Emerald Isle bridge & 8 minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment in Cape Carteret. Our little place provides 480 cozy sq. ft. with full kitchen, all cooking amenities, a large room with a loveseat pullout bed, dedicated work space, Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD (no cable) and Alexa. Washer and dryer, and regular tub for bathing or showering(filtered water). Enjoy sitting on the front porch in the evening for some nice down-time!
