Sound View, Dock, .1 mile to beach access

A beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex with amazing views of the sound! Enjoy the sunset on the shared dock! There are kayaks for sunrise and sunset paddles across the sound (a hold harmless agreement must be signed before these items may be used). Beach access is a few yards away, and we provide a beach utility cart for your belongings. Enjoy, dining areas in each living room, cable, amazing internet, shared dock, and an outdoor shower in the back. Private laundry room is downstairs. We do provide linens at no additional charge unlike other properties on the island. However, you will need to make sure there is one load in the dryer, one load in the washer, and only one load remaining upon check out. Trash must be taken to dumpsters and dishwasher must be loaded and started as well. Additional $20 cleaning fees will be charge for each if not completed. If you would like a Linen Service for your stay, please reach out for potential contacts. Dog Friendly. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Max of 2 dogs. When booking please inform us if you are bringing a pet and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Waterfront Home with hottub, kayak, and jon boat

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Single family home with a view of intracoastal waters. It's nestled in a small fisherman's village across the New River from Camp Lejeune. If you want to enter the world of Nicholas Sparks, this is it! This home is less than ten miles from North Topsail Beach; five miles from Camp Lejeune; twenty-two miles from Jacksonville, NC; and twenty-six miles from Onslow Memorial Hospital (for any traveling nurses!). This beautiful riverfront guest suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. Spectacular water views and a shared dock for fishing, kayaks, etc. Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Topsail island. Wood look luxury vinyl plank flooring and coastal decor make this a comfortable retreat. There are two designated parking spots. Guest suite is the finished lower level area of the right side of the duplex with a private entrance and a private covered waterfront patio.
