Beautiful Waterfront Cottage is conveniently located 2.5 hours from the GTA (20 mins from Parry Sound). This Cottage has a gorgeous lake view with a private beach, dock and deep water for swimming. Guests have access to kayaks, life jackets, noodles, as well as outdoor sports equipment for volleyball, badminton, tetherball, boccia ball, soccer, and football. Cottage has a fire place, BBQ and fire pit. Play a round of exceptional golf at The Ridge at Manitou golf course located right on the lake.

Nestled in 11 forested acres of the Pine River Valley, we are just 1 hour north of Pearson & 45 minutes from Collingwood or Wasaga. Hike the trails, enjoy the hot tub and leave the busy world behind. Newly renovated basement suite with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace depending on the weather. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!
