The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Being close to the lake means lots of beautiful white fluffy snow which turns all the trees into a beautiful winter wonderland.

The spacious Highlands Suites are situated on the golf course, minutes away from the ski hill, ATV and snowmobile trails and race track. We are open year round for seasonal sports, area recreation activities, fall colour sightseeing and more. Our tastefully appointed suites provide an opportunity to escape from today's busy lifestyle to the casual serenity of a quaint, lakeside setting. The One Bedroom Suite is a well appointed unit that includes a separate bedroom, kitchen, living and dining room. Enjoy your lake view from the living room and bedroom or have a refreshment on your private covered deck that has a great lake view. The bedroom has either two twin (extra long) beds or one king bed with an adjoining standard bath. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a gas fireplace. The suite includes wireless internet and all other modern amenities. The kitchen features all major appliances. The suite is suitable for two to four persons.

Our appointed Lakeview Rooms offer one king bed with plush bedding and a hypo-allergenic duvet. A balcony through a set of sliding glass doors overlooks the beautiful Paudash Lake, with two chairs to take in the views and relax! A 3PC bathroom includes a shower with a glass door, toiletries and a blow dryer. Lakeview Rooms are equipped with A/C. A flat-screen television has a full range of channels through Shaw Cable.
