Een unieke bungalow midden in Breda met verrassend grote tuin! Minder dan 2 kilometer en je zit hartje centrum Breda. 500 meter van het centrum Ginneken en een winkelcentrum 80 meter verderop. Ideaal voor vakantie,(romantisch) weekend weg en geschikt voor kinderen en mindervaliden. Een royale tuin, grote keuken, 2 slaapkamers en een knusse woonkamer met open haard. De bank kan gebruikt worden als 2 persoons bed maar het prettigste verblijf is met 5 pers+1 baby. Genoeg te doen voor jong&oud!

Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. HetGoor is een gerenoveerde hoeve van 1937 waarbij de zolders van de hoeve zijn omgebouwd tot een modern en ruim appartement met alle nutsvoorzieningen. De hoeve is gelegen in een landelijke omgeving maar toch nog binnen het bereik van de dorpskern (5 min rijden). De grote tuinen brengen je rust en stilte. De kinderen kunnen zich uitleven in de speeltuin en de prachtige, landelijke fietsroutes omgeven de hoeve (42 & 99). Je kan je vermaken in de grote veranda. Een BBQ staat ter beschikking.

Relaxing family chalet w. many play areas for kids

Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Close by you find a nature reserve and many beaches. There are many activities on the island too. Enjoy! 🏠 The chalet was fully renovated in April 2022.

At walking distance, you have a busstop that takes you directly to the city Center (2,5km). There is a parking garage for one medium car and free parking spaces around the house.
