Located 8 mi from Hillsborough, (15-19 mi) to Duke University, Duke Hospital, University of NC, Chapel Hill, and Durham. Enjoy sitting on the dock and take in the nightly symphony of nature, cook outside on the flat grill, or just relax on the couch & watch the 75” flat screen. Accommodations for up to 6 people. On the end of a road on the end of a road, this MIL suite is connected to my house and is situated on a park like 3 acres. Has a front and back entrance, fenced backyard, picnic table, full kitchen and den area. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom a single bed. One full bath with nice new 6 foot tub/shower. This place is simple, clean, and ready to go. The space has its own central heat and AC and hot water heater. I rest easy knowing this booking is less expensive than a local motel.

STUDIO apartment (650 square feet) in quiet neighborhood 4 miles from UNC campus and hospital. Apartment is in back of house on a small creek surrounded by trees. Posturepedic queen sized bed, a full sized sofa bed, WiFi, television with basic cable, full sized bathroom, full sized refrigerator, electric stove and range, access to shared laundry room, bamboo flooring, ample closet space. The STUDIO is a cozy small space , comfortable for most people, Window AC and space heater, central heat/AC.
