My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Here you can experience the beautiful Central Coast including wineries, Beaches, Cal Poly and golf courses. We are located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to an organic blackberry farm. Easy access to the 101 Freeway, where you can easily visit Santa Barbara or Paso Robles wine regions. Our home is FULLY Air Conditioned and features a level 2 Tesla charger for EV cars.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).
