central and stylish flat with WIFI

Our flat situated in Christianshavn which is one of the most central and famous neighbourhoods of Copenhagen and only 20 metres from the metro station. It is 100 m2 in total and has a sitting room, a bedroom, a big bathroom (17 m2), a big kitchen ( 20 m2) and an antre.It has very high ceilings which we love. We really like minimalist design and love to mix&match the new and the old stuff in our decoration. Christianshavn is located in city centre, around 7-10 minutes by walking to shopping street. There are lots of popular cafe and restaurants in the area. It is a also very close a popular turist attraction Christiania (3-5 minutes by walking). We hope you will enjoy living in our flat because we love living here :-)

Skansehage

Bo på en magisk 150m2 husbåd midt i København med 360° udsigt til vand, egen badestige og 200 meter til metro. Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Underdæk er der 2 kahytter og 1 master bedroom samt toilet, bad og musikscene.

Welcome to our charming houseboat Cocoon in Copenhagen. You will have 55 square meters of floating residence full of "hygge" as well as a terrace. The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. The boat has a living room with a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed, a kitchen, a separate bed room, an office, and a bath room with shower

This house is located in the center of a cosy community. It's right next to the Metro which will get you everywhere in Copenhagen in 5-15 min. In the community there is a playground and a small football-pitch. The house is fully heated, floor heated bathroom + a fireplace for extra comfy evenings. You have your own bath, toilet and a tiny-home-style kitchen, and is comfortably furnished for you who are traveling alone or as a couple.
