Stylish, beautiful and cozy Guest House in a serene, resort-like setting in Walnut Creek, 25 mile drive/BART from San Francisco downtown, 16 mi from Berkeley/Oakland, 50 mi from Napa Valley Wineries. Perfectly located in a quiet, safe and green neighborhood: 0.8 mi from Walnut Creek BART station and 1 mi from Walnut Creek downtown, having great restaurants, shopping and other family-friendly activities. The place is not big, has rustic charm and is good for couples, solo and business travelers.

LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Easy access to Highway 680 and 24. 2-3 miles to downtown Walnut Creek, many shops and restaurants. Guest enter their studio from side fence gate so they come and go as they please. We can be reached by texts and available to our guests if there’s any problem. Small friendly pets live on this property.

Near Lake Temescal, Redwd Regional Prk, Bart, Hwy 13, Rockridge,Montclair, Dwntwn. We completely remodeled our guest house with a focus on short term tenants. Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

Located in the heart of downtown, this spacious apartment is just a block away from the shops, theaters and restaurants that Walnut Creek has become known for. San Francisco is just a BART ride away. (nearest station is a 4 block walk).

The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
