Three double and a single bedroom property with ample parking for up to 8 cars or boat .Double garage .Plenty of outdoor space for cleaning mountain bikes and children's play.They can enjoy a treasure hunt while you settle in.! Lovely kent fireplace for winter warmth with free firewood and sunroom. Nice private covered deck for evening entertaining. A generous sized apartment with free Wi-Fi. [ultra fast broadband] Location is a key feature of this propery! Quiet upmarket residential street in Downtown Mount Maunganui. Walking distance to shops, hot pools, restaurants, bars, boutiques, four square supermarket, butcher, wineshop and has a private right of way to the beach. We share the private back yard & laundry areas and are very respectful of privacy. Off road parking a bonus for this location.

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
