Beautiful apartment in a new modern luxury complex in Palm Mar. It has everything that you need for a comfortable stay: charming bedroom with a large bed (1.80m), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc.), high speed Wi Fi, Smart TV. One parking place is available also. There are air conditioners in the living room and in the bedroom. You will feel cozy on a big and quiet south facing terrace (24m2) with large sofa enjoying nice view of the National reserve and ocean in private and romantic atmosphere. The view of sunset is also magnificent here. The living room is spacious and comfortable, large sofa with many pillows can be easily transformed into a comfortable double bed. There is a beautiful garden in the inner court of the complex and if you wish you can visit fitness center, also you can swim in one of two heated swimming pools or just burn under the sun. There is a supermarket, fruteria and Italian restaurants just across the street and a great amount of restaurants, bars, cafe on walking distance from the complex. You are very welcome!

El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado (ventilación, frío, calor y deshumidificación). Este alojamiento tiene una habitación con una cama de de matrimonio de 1m60 x 2m, y un recibidor convertible en habitación con un sofa cama de 1m40 x 2m. Tiene un amplio salón-comedor-cocina con acceso directo a la piscina por una puerta de cristal o al patio. La casa tiene fibra optica @ 600mbs y wifi. Toda la casa tiene domotica y se pueden regular las luces según el momento (intensidad, frio-caliente, colores) por zonas. La cocina tiene 4 fuegos de inducción, un horno de tipo "combi" (microonda-horno), un lavavajillas, una amplia nevera SMEG con congelador, una maquina de café Nespresso-Krups, un hervidor SMEG, una tostadora SMEG, platos, vasos, copas de vino, etc... No es necesario traer ni champú, ni gel de ducha, ni acondicionadores, la ducha está equipada con 3 distribuidores. Se suministran toallas al llegar.

Die Anlage liegt 5 Min. zu Fuss von einem kleinen Fischerdorf entfernt. Hier befinden sich Bars, Restaurants und Strand. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Buchten entdecken oder einen Spaziergang zum Leuchtturm machen.

There is free parking place outside. 5-minutes by car or by bus there's Icod De los Vinos. Our city famous by the local wine and hospitality. The pool now is temporary closed because of coronavirus.
