Offering access to shared amenities like a laundry room with a dryer, an exercise room, and a sauna free of charge. You will have at your disposal the whole apartment with large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom adn large living room with kitchenette. There is also a master bathroom. Perfect location for sight seeing and food experience as well. The apartment is located next to Palazzo del Viminale. Historic attractions, including Piazza Venezia, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, are easily accessible. Termini railway station is a 10-minute walk away. You will be able to reach most of the historical sites walking. The apartment is located in 10 minutes walking distance from the Termini Station and in 2 minutes walking from the metro stop Repubblica. This charming, and newly renovated, apartment is on the top floor. Down the street from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum in the Monti neighborhood of Rome. It is near all of the sites and wonderful restaurants, yet tucked away for peace and quiet. It is fully equipped for all your needs with new appliances and furniture. It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is one bedroom, a loft, and a living room with sofa bed. It is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Rome.

Cool and Colorful Walkup Close to the Colosseum

The apartment is amazing: you have a lot of space where to enjoy meals and an amazing bed with memory foam mattress to relax! location is priceless, and your private terrace is just stunning! A supermarket is literally downstair the apartment, and at night the bedroom is extremely quite!
