Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

Our lovingly and sympathetically restored cottage is perfect for families and/or friends. Once a barn, then a bank, now a cosy home, it sits close to the Lake District in the new Yorkshire Dales National Park on the coast to coast route. Orton is a friendly village with a shop, primary school, a welcoming pub, a famous chocolate factory and a tea room. There is a local market once a month in the village square. It is in a beautiful unspoilt quiet valley, ideal for walking, biking or exploring.

The cottage is peaceful with plenty of space and all modern amenities. The bespoke kitchen is well equipped, living room has a log burner effect electric fire for those colder nights. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large wardrobe. There is a small garden lovely for sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine, relaxing and watching the birds.
