En nybyggd sjöstuga för 4 personer som ligger alldeles vid vattenbrynet med egen brygga, badstege och båtplats för djupgående båt. Från vardagsrum, sovrum, balkong & brygga ser man ut mot Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall och Sollidshamn. Det finns underbara klippor & natur för promenad och vandring. Havet runt Hälleviksstrand är perfekt för gäster med egen båt eller havskajak. Sjösättningsramp finns 300 m från huset. Parkering ingår ca 150 m. från huset. Lakan, handdukar ingår. Städning går köpa till.

Charming house on the Swedish West Coast, 6+4 beds

Welcome to our house at a quiet getaway island 'Lilla Askerön' one hour north of Gothenburg. During 2020 the house was fully renovated to a modern standard but keeping the soul from 1962. Please note! Bedroom no 3 is situated in another small annex, appr 30 meters away from the house. No kitchen or bathroom there. There is an additional fee if you would like to use it, when you are less than 6 persons. Please note! Bedlinen and towels not included and you must clean the house before leaving.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Villa Hällene ist ein modernes Holzhaus, direkt neben dem bekannten Pilane Skulpturenpark in urwüchsiger Felslandschaft gelegen. Das Haus ist hell und offen und von einer großen Holzterrasse mit Ess- und Sonnenplätzen und einer Sauna umgeben. Das Haus hat einen offenen Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich, der bis unter das Dach geöffnet ist. Auf einer Galerie im ersten Stock befindet sich ein zweiter großer Wohnraum. Bis zum nächsten Badeplatz sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (im Haus vorhanden).

Within walking distance you'll have access to beautiful forest walks and hiking trails in a nature reserve called "Kalvön", a small beach and cliffs perfect for salty swims and great waters for fishing. With it's great location the other gems on the west coast are easy accessible by car.
