E' composto da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina full optioned e salotto. Le stanze sono arredate in stile toscano, con vecchi mobili di famiglia ristrutturati uniti ad elementi contemporanei. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e l'appartamento circondato su ogni lato da un grande giardino, così che tutte le stanze vantano un bellissimo panorama sulla campagna.

This spacious ground-floor studio apartment is located in the historical town centre of Orvieto, only 50 metres from the Duomo and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Recently refurbished, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for a couple or a family with children. Part of a beautifully-restored 16th century building, the apartment has high ceilings, typical furniture and details such as exposed tufo stone walls and a cotto tiled floor.

Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Il mio e' uno splendido appartamento ad uso esclusivo in centro a Monticchiello. Dotato di ogni confort,cucina attrezzata. Biancheria. Luminoso soggiorno e due comode camere da letto, una delle quali affaccia in una delle piazze principali del paese e gode di vista sulla Val d Orcia e sul Monte Amiata. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.
