Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gross ,sauber, hell und neu möbiliert. Fühlt Euch willkommen. Carpe Diem 🦋

L'ancienne taillerie de diamants de mon père combine look industriel soigné et bon confort. Il y fait frais en été et bien chaud en hiver. Parfait pour un séjour indépendant à Biel/Bienne, bien située entre lac et Jura, à 25 minutes de Berne, Neuchâtel et Soleure et 1h de Lausanne, Zurich et Bâle. Quartier tranquille à 10 min à pied de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Bus à deux pas et parking zone bleue devant la maison. Pour 3/4 personnes. Lit + canapé-lit + lit d'appoint sur demande.

Gut eingerichtete Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Schlafzimmer "à l'étage" mit Doppelbett (Achtung: steile Treppe!), zwei Einzelbetten im Wohnzimmer (zusammengestellt oder einzel, je nach Wunsch), auf Anfrage auch für 5 Personen (Sofabett oder Matratze auf dem Boden).
