This little log cabin is just 468 sq ft and located on 10 acres of private wilderness. Surrounded by 75 ft tall red pine trees, this cabin is the perfect spot for your peaceful retreat and private oasis. Enjoy the conveniences of indoor plumbing, a hot shower and coffee from our Keurig. If relaxing in seclusion is your interest, this cabin is perfect for you!

Woodland Rental

This new rental, in the Evart area not far from the beautiful Muskegon river. Evart is a great area for walking, snowshoeing, X country skiing, & running. Tubing, canoeing and kayaking on Muskegon River, just min away. The house is just 8 mi from Bike/ATV trails/ state land. Evart: includes Osceola Fair, Dulcimer and Spring Hill camp. This home is peaceful, built 2023 sleeps 6, 3 beds & pullout couch. Added a window air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a water softener this summer. Enjoy!

Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

About a mile into the woods off a dirt two track, Gabriel's cabin offers you a super comfy king (in the loft) and a twin day bed, a love seat and rocking chair and desk on the main floor. Electricity, a full kitchen, with running hot/cold water, an electric fireplace, your own secluded fire pit, NEW outhouse, as well as an indoor bucket potty in case.

Cabin offers a single bed, convertible couch, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & another futon mattress. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and cold running water (can be warmed on the stove or electric kettle) Dining room table with 5 chairs Firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub (cold water from hose).

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
