At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! We can also grab some beer, an ice cream or a snack and celebrate your trip. We'll visit one of the largest and best-preserved medieval city centers in Europe: Stockholm's Gamla Stan (Old Town). This is where it all started, back in the year 1252. You'll learn about our most important kings—their names are easy to remember—and hear the quirky details about the current royal family. Then we'll unearth one of the best-kept secrets in the city. We'll check out the scene of Stockholm's bloodiest massacre, where over 80 people were executed, and touch a thousand-year-old Viking runestone. You'll walk along the narrowest street of this amazing city and learn why it's a tourist magnet—and I'll also tell you a secret that most people do not know at all. Lastly, we'll admire the beautiful architecture of this unique place and enjoy the experience. At the end I can provide a huge list of recommended activities with restaurants, bars or just ideas what to do after we are done with our walk through the old town. Most importantly, we will do this no matter what kind of weather awaits us—rain or shine, as they say—because I can protect you from even the most severe conditions. We will go for a mindful hike through a pine forest towards a natural spring. Taking in the surrounding nature with all our senses to ground, relax and expand our energy field. There we fill up our bottles, so we can enjoy the benefits of the healing spring water during the rest of our walk. I will explain the health properties of spring water. We will follow natural trails in the forest and around a small lake. Mindfully engaging all our senses so that we become one with living earth and all the beings we meet on our path. We will find a nice spot by the lake and rest and have some "Swedish fika"(tea time). Then If you wish I would love to guide you through a meditation to further ground and feel even more connected and present, with the forest and its inhabitants. I will gladly share what I know about healing water, grounding/earthing, sacred places and the health benefits of the Swedish forest. It is also possible to go for a refreshing swim in the lake. I will pick you up by car from your hotel in the city and we will go out to the archipelago about 40min from city central. Then we choose the best kayak that fits your needs and experience and we go from there, I like to move in a peaceful and calm way to enjoy the stillness and the seascape. We will find a nice island or shore to land and have a picknick and some rest and enjoy our company and the view. Then we continue to explore the seascape. The whole trip including transportation will take 4h - 6h and kayaking including picknick 2h-4h in a comfortable pace according to your experience and request. We will be an exclusive small group. This is a personalized experience and since I live in the area myself a very local feel. It is also possible to book a customized private tour. This experience is designed to take you from the crowds to authentic local spots and experience a food tour differently. It is lighter and more relaxed than a typical day tour, and there is also less walking. Instead, the focus is centered around challenging your taste buds! Along the way, you will experience how the people of Stockholm enjoy a day out in this fabulous Scandinavian capital and famous mouthwatering food. We will meet in front of Stockholm City Hall, where the exciting adventure will start. After discovering the City Hall and Stadshusträdgården we will continue our walk through Norrmälarstrand in a beautiful stretch to walk along the shores of Lake Mälaren on Kungsholmen. The beautiful walkway along the water is appreciated by both Stockholmers and tourists. The walk takes about 1 hour at a medium speed. The Västerbron can be seen in the background. It stretches from Södermalm, over Långholmen and Riddarfjärden to Kungsholmen. Our walk will end at Rålambshovsparken, the large park on Kungsholmen, a popular place for picnics. It is impressive walking, and it will make you feel hungry! But no worries, an enchanting picnic is waiting for you. You will test 10 delicious Swedish foods that range from sweet to savory, as well as drinks, like toast Skagen, to unique dishes typical of the city such as Västerbotten cheese and many others.

I welcome you to the perfect and unique experience for everyone, hiking through beautiful virgin nature near the city. First we will meet up at our house, so that you can leave luggage here, then we will step right out in to grand nature, and after a while we will be experiencing cooking over an open fire, and eating by a secret glade by a beautiful forrest lake. (There is a shelter i case of bad weather) Once we reach our house again we will enjoy the culture of Swedish sauna with spa features. In the winter we go on the ice and in the summer we like to swim in the lakes! What I share is mine and my family’s favorite hobby, and we are happy to share all the knowledge that we have acquired about Swedish nature and culture since childhood. Stockholm History Tour – A tour containing everything that a Stockholmer needs to know! This is the one and only tour in town that combines a physical and tour through town with a chronological tour of Stockholm’s (and Sweden's) history. The guide will take you from pre-Stockholm times, to early 20th century, and everything in between. No prior knowledge of Stockholm or Swedish history needed! The tours objective is to familiarize all guests with all main historical events that built Stockholm, an objective which will be achieved by observing the city on a 5 km long tour, but also by showcasing a rich, carefully chosen and exclusive collection of pictures.

Hi! We meet up at the bike shop on Kungsholmen a short walk from Central Station. On each tour, we will cycle on bike paths through the very heart of Stockholm and visit: Kungsholmen, Riddarholmen, Gamla Stan, Skeppsholmen, Östermalm, and time permitting Djurgarden. I will show you key historical sites, and my favorite hidden places, and share Stockholm’s history. We'll ask questions! Which Swedish king found 14 "Semlas" a bit too much and why? Which famous woman helped introduce the potato/vodka to Sweden? Who invented the zipper? A Swede of course! My tour brings not only a unique perspective but, will help you save time and money by identifying areas of interest that speak to you and you can return to later. On our return back into the heart of the city, we wind our way through the posh Östermalm neighborhood. I'll show you a shortcut from Gamlastan-Old Town to the city's busiest pedestrian street as well as point out Parliament, the Royal Opera and more. I’ll pick you up at Hornstull centrum by the metro station “Hornstull”. We’ll take a nice walk towards the island “Långholmen”. Here we’ll pass the famous historical site “prison of the women” and we’ll also walk along the river to enjoy Stockholm view. Then we’ll go home to me where the home concert will be held. I’ll invite you for poured coffee (tea is also available) and home baked Swedish cinnamon roll. Now while enjoying these sweets, I’ll perform a 30 minutes program on my Steinway grand piano for you. After the concert, I’ll follow you back to the metro station.

Now you have the chance to create your own unique perfume by hand in Stockholm. The perfect thing to do in Stockholm during a visit. With unique oil mixes from Grasse, France, together we mix each unique perfume by hand and I teach the basics of perfume making, what to consider when choosing a scent and a little history. The whole group gets their own perfume in a glass bottle ready to use. Perfect to do as a unique experience or hen party, bachelor party or just a luxurious experience and memory for life. All perfume mixes are unisex and work equally well for men and women. The perfume bottles contain 30ML. Max 8 participants. Join me or Birgitta in my team, and let us take you from the steps of the Royal Opera House into the beautiful subway and on to one of our homes. You will visit a private, Swedish home, which is not so common for tourists to get. We exclusively accept only eight people at a time and we do not have very many occasions entered in the calendar. During the walk and the short subway ride, we share our personal memories of what we pass and a little about the official history. We tell you why the Swedish FIKA tradition is important. One guest said: "Swedish coffee works like team building!" We have learned to bake buns and cakes from our mothers and sometimes from our fathers. The recipes have been refined from being in a cake book to being on the internet and of course we have found recipes in our mother's and grandmother's own notes. Want to have a special experience? Want to see a different side of Swedish culture? Want to be in nature and be a bit outside the city? This is the experience for you! We will meet in front of the "Skogskyrkogården” subway station, and from there we will take a guided walk to two main destinations: the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Skogskyrkogården” and the “kolonistugor” which are typical small cabins. Then we will make our way back to the subway station or the bus. The UNESCO World Heritage Site, "Skogskyrkogården”, translated “Woodland Cemetery” is the first cemetery in the woods. I will share the stories, cultural significance and guide through a peaceful meditation in the forest paths. The “kolonistugor” area is a typical allotment of small picturesque cabins. Here I will also tell you about their cultural significance, history and how everyday Swedes make the most of their small “stugor”. This is special because you will get the opportunity to see a different part of Stockholm, and ask questions to somebody who has been living here for 15 years and has a passion for this country.
