Belmont Villa, Great City and Harbour Views

Spacious, bright, airy,private house with stunning city and harbour view. Enjoying plenty of sunshine during the day and feel the breeze on the balcony in the evening. The Villa

Semi detached villa. Within walking distance from town. 15mins walk or 3mins drive to Scotts Bar and Restaurants. Lovely older house. Kept in the older style of furnishings but comfortable and warm. There is a play ground which is at the school a couple of hundred yards away. Also a German Café and Vegan Cafe across the road. A free standing fire and heat pump for warmth. The whole house is yours 3 Bedrooms, open lounge, dinning room and Kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided.
