Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Geheel nieuw ingericht, sfeervol huisje met een oppervlakte van ca. 55 m2 verdeeld over twee verdiepingen met parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. “De Automaat” is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime woonkamer op de begane grond met openslaande deuren en een kitchenette met magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast. Badkamer met regendouche. Riante slaapkamer met airco op de eerste verdieping.

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

GeinLust B&B “De Klaproos”

GeinLust B&B is located in a characteristic residential farmhouse, which is also our home. Under the roof of the barn, where there used to be cows, are three spacious B&B flats. We demolished the farmhouse and built new in the old style. The B&B is located under the smoke of Amsterdam. From the B&B it is about a 10-minute walk to the train station and with 15 minutes you are in Amsterdam.
