Bedrooms to either end of living area and bathroom centrally located. Bathroom consists of power shower, toilet and washhand basin. The master bedroom and living room also has a 32inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen includes typical kitchen appliances. Washing machine and dryer available in shed at side of house.

It’s in the quaint village of Blackwater, and within walking distance to some amenities such as pubs, a coffee shop a supermarket. Numerous Sandy beaches are a few mins drive - Ballyconnigar, Ballinesker and the famous Curracloe beach, where you will find a surfing school, fish & chips, pizza and a coffee shop. Wexford town is a 20 min drive with award-winning restaurants.

Our house is located just outside of Wexford town. The property overlooks the river Slaney and the guests can look out their kitchen window at the river. Our apartment can accommodate 2 adults, 1 child and an infant. Relax at this beautiful, newly-built house with scenic views across rural Wexford and the Irish sea. Situated in Oulart, there are no shortage of local activities, from gorgeous country walks, to family days at the beach, as well of some of the best golf courses Ireland has to offer. Local towns include Wexford, Enniscorthy and Gorey with plenty of activities to keep families or large groups entertained. The local villages have shops, takeaways and pubs serving home cooked food daily.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

The Loft @ Poppy Hill is a cosy self contained unit close to a family house with fantastic views of Mount Leinster. It is 2km from the village of Ballindaggin and a super location to soak up the countryside and explore the treasures of Wexford and beyond. Located in the foothills of Mount Leinster, it is well suited for hill walkers, star gazers and those who want to feel the country atmosphere. The village has 2 pubs, one serving the best curry in Wexford.

Historic Wexford Farmhouse

Kilmallock House is a 300 year old house steeped in history, located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. Kilmallock is a rustic style farmhouse which oozes old world charm and period features. We are delighted that Curracloe beach (15 mins drive away) has been voted Irelands best beach 2024. It is a truly stunning 10km beach with Raven wood & a bird sanctuary to one side.
