Nature Lover's Getaway!

Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

Second floor of recently-built garage apartment in a charming, peaceful Durham neighborhood. Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. Kerr Lake Amazing Views, Private Dock, Quiet

Enjoy a large deck with two tables and a screened porch with couch—perfect for morning coffee. The home features 3 bedrooms, a loft, 3 full baths, and a dedicated workspace. Ideal for families, friends, or fishing trips. Driveway fits 5 trucks with trailers; boat launch 2 miles away.

Relax on the outdoor deck and enjoy the serene surroundings. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a solo adventure, our tiny house provides the perfect blend of simplicity and comfort. Close to hiking trails, local attractions, and more!

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.

Conveniently located off I-85, Satterwhite Retreat is in the heart of lake country & a short drive to Clarksville, VA, Warrenton, Oxford & Henderson, NC. Boat and RV parking available. A boat charging outlet is conveniently located adjacent to the parking area. TV's in living room and one guest bedroom. Well-lit for night arrivals.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, look no further. As soon as you walk in this spacious cabin, you will experience a feeling of calm and peace. There are plenty of rocking chairs on the porch to read, sip on coffee (included), or just sit and be. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping in the distance, or sit at night on the porch, and enjoy the sounds of frogs, and watch as the deer walk by in a sea of fireflies. At night there are a million stars to sit under.

Fix coffee or meals in the kitchen and get some work done at the desk or on the outdoor dining table using the wi-fi. The shower has virtually unlimited hot water. You can also eat dinner or hang out in the hammock in the secret garden under the glow of bistro lights.
