Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

The Cabin Lower Nill Farm

Set in the traquil surroundings of Lower Nill Farm this wooden cabin has glorious views across the Cotswolds with all the amenities to make your stay a relaxing break away from hectic life. Lower Nill Farm is just a short distance from the historical village of Hook Norton. Hook Norton is famous throughout the world for its brewery which has been making beer since 1849. Lower Nill Farm is also located on the historic D'arcy Dalton way which spans the length of the county of Oxfordshire.

Ridgeway Cabin & Hot Tub Spa

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located on the Ridgeway, this newly built cabin has been designed with mindfulness and relaxation as a centpoint. Superking size sleeping quarters with views across a far reaching landscape. Woodfired hot tub spa to relax in after a long walk. Board games to play, wi-fi to hook into and a TV with plenty of films on demand to ease into the evening. Locals pubs (6-minute walk) and plenty of walking/running routes to keep you occupied.

Tranquil studio with outdoor pool and rural views

Unwind at The Pool House with peaceful rural views, country walks & a village pub nearby. 5 miles from the pretty town of Thame, 10 miles from Oxford and a few minutes from J7 of the M40. The property is an insulated wooden studio with its own garden area plus sole access to a heated pool open to 22 September 2025 apart from one hour a day. Up to two well-behaved, friendly and social dogs welcome for a small fee (no pets in the pool though, please). Sorry no babies/children under 18

Duxford Lodge

Nestled in the picturesque village of Cholsey, Oxfordshire, this self-contained lodge offers a serene retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, the lodge features a bedroom furnished with a double bed, along with a double futon in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to three adults or two adults and two children. Ample storage and tasteful décor throughout create a welcoming, home-away-from-home atmosphere.

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
