Fern Copse Glamping - an idyllic secluded retreat

Our beautiful shepherd's hut is located on a working arable farm. Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with modern shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. Set in 3/4 acre of grassed space with a wooded backdrop and views of the Ridgeway, the tranquil setting will allow you to relax, especially while luxuriating in the wood fired hot tub. Parking is at the farm, but access to hut is on foot only (300m). We are NOT Bourton on the Water

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Charming quintessential 17th century, Grade II Listed cottage situated in the idyllic Cotswold village of Barton-on-the-Heath. Perfect garden with dining area, three double bedrooms with countryside views, two bathrooms (one as en-suite) and downstairs toilet. Farmhouse style kitchen with Aga, utility room, and a spacious living room with traditional wood burner. Easy parking to side of cottage. Please note the original stairs are steep, but easy to use with the assistance of the hand rail.

Park Hill Pod Farm Stay Tiny House

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. Our designer Shepherds Hut is beautiful, in an idyllic setting situated in a rural location close to all famous cotswold villages. If possible a two night stay over a weekend. Situated on a farm, this luxury shepherd hut is unique with views of fields. Fully fitted to a very high specification and interior designed. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo for comfort and privacy. A perfect country escape.

The Dacha has everything : peace and comfort for two adults with its own garden, fire pit & evening access to a hot tub in a pretty private courtyard next to the main house (6-10pm). Eat at the fabulous Three Horseshoes gastropub (two minutes' walk) or have a beer and stock up at Jeremy Clarkson's new pub and farm shop, The Farmer's Dog (fifteen minutes' walk). Easy access to all the famous Cotswold villages as well as Diddly Squat Farm, Daylesford, Oxford and Blenheim.
