Large kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet & v. spacious dining room & lounge. Outdoor patio seats. 2 double bedrooms - access to second room via the first & thru a smaller room (with the red futon), so best for families/good friends.

A peaceful country setting just 10-15 minutes away from Oxford centre. Set in the unique & tranquil Boars Hill area, hidden down a quiet forest lane. Oxford station is a picturesque and quick 5.6km cycle or hike away through the Oxfordshire countryside. Surrounded by beautiful trails plus some wonderful pubs to enjoy such as the Farmers Dog just 30 mins away. A 1 bedroom cabin with a sofa bed, providing space for 4 guests plus a garden with outdoor dining. We hope you like our cabin!

Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Situated on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders, it's the perfect location if you are visiting for a wedding or function nearby, or simply wish to explore the area's many local attractions.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Little Bulpits

Homely, well equipped and quirky are frequently used guest descriptions. The cabin offers comfortable surroundings for both overnights and longer stays in a popular Cotswold village with good amenities. Not located on a picture postcard street, just in a private wildlife friendly garden with country views at end of quiet cul de sac but with main road running behind cabin. No struggle to find parking as ample space in own courtyard.

Enjoy the tranquil view from this comfortable, well insulated chalet-style cabin, with free on-street parking. It has a separate entrance via the garden gate, and guests will be totally self-contained away from the house. This is an ideal resting place after exploring Oxford's historical centre. Full cooking facilities, fridge, shower room, tv and internet connection. Sleeps two.
