House Rules for Locals ***Please read and agree before booking*** Please DON’T book this place if you’re - Guests who wants to throw a party/hangout with local friends. If guests are found to have had a party or brought unauthorized people/friends who are not listed in the booking to the place, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Please respect our home and don’t make use of it as a place to do something you wouldn’t do at your home. - Guests who are drug users or alcoholic. Guests who are suspected of using drugs of any kind will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Otherwise, if you just want a place that is calming and relaxing to chill during this crazy times, or a place close to the city and the beach for a short getaway, or a quiet place for your work travels, our place is perfect for you! During these challenging times, we are taking extra measures to disinfect the place. We’re trying our best to provide you aesthetic and safe stays. Private bathroom, kitchenette, laundry room, outdoor patio/ dining area. 1 Queen bed + daybed You will have your own outdoor dining patio overseeing the Olympic Golf Club. You will have a separate entrance to your unit, and it’s self check in/ check out. I am available anytime to answer any of your questions or concerns. The upper-level studio apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Daly City, with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. It’s a few minutes’ drive to Bart Station and Fort Funston Beach, and 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Uber, Bart You are renting the upper section of the house, the lower unit belongs to other Airbnb guests. Although I have done extensive upgrades on sound proofing between the two units, loud noise or heavy footsteps can still transfer and disturb guests from downstairs. Please be respectful to the space and other guests.

You'll love the spectacular view from your own deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean! This studio bedroom suite is attached to the main house but feels very private, and is modern and clean. It's entrance is via the side yard. The bedroom has a lovely ocean view. Pacifica is a beautiful, serene coastal town with nice beaches, hiking trails, & golf course. And several ocean front restaurants, a microbrewery, and a two wine bars. San Francisco and Half Moon Bay are only minutes away by car.

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, brand new kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

Best location in Pacifica: Our spacious in-law has some ocean views and is in short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and grocery stores as well as public transportation. It is located in the wonderful community of Pedro Point, home to several surfers. You can reach San Francisco and the airport in around 20 minutes by car. Coastal Private Studio- New! 14min. to SF City SFO

Very Safe and Quiet area- near San Francisco, the Beach and the Airport! Completely Private with Private entrance! Modern Studio - table and work area, The Room really is beautiful- lots of light. Tons of free parking. Only 10 min walk to the ocean/beach and Pacifica Pier. 14 minute drive to SFO airport and to San Francisco. Only 2 blocks to Highway 1. Easy walk to bus stop and shopping center with upscale grocery store. Sorry- not suitable for children.
