Stay in our almost 900 sq ft private suite located on the lower floor of the cabin with your own entrance, bathroom, living room, 65" TV, washer/dryer and gas fireplace. A full size bed is available, however please note the path to the bathroom is through the bedroom. A fenced in yard for your pet. A $15 fee per pet per night is billed separately capped at $60. Best of all if you have brought your furry friend, the dog park is only 1.5 miles away or continue on down the road another .5 miles to Cloman Park, home to amazing cross country ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking and great disc golf. Welcome to our guest house! Located on the lower lot of our property, this brand new, 800 square foot home has everything you need to enjoy our charming mountain town. This custom tiny chateau has lots of windows to take in big mountain views and was built with local and resourced materials. You can step out the door onto the River Walk system (only two blocks to the San Juan River) or enjoy a quarter mile stroll on paved sidewalk to our world famous hot springs and the heart of our downtown.

This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. Intimate, secluded quiet apartment

DO NOT BOOK W/O AWD-4WD IN WINTER. ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Do not book unless you are 24 or older. I am an on-site owner. Second story apartment is next door to my house. 2 mi. from downtown on a private road and 1 mile from US 160, 3 miles to uptown. Not in Aspen Springs. Private, quiet and secluded. Private deck with mountain views. A perfect place for a recharge and a romantic getaway. Plowed in winter but AWD IS REQUIRED. Recycling provided. Heat and water are solar when it's sunny.
