In a historic pre-war tenement has its unique private entrance directly from the courtyard. This is my beloved home, not a polished hotel. It has its quirks and charm, just like any other home. It may not be perfect, but it’s genuine and full of character.

The studio is fully equipped (there's also wifi). It is located in a quiet area next to the Royal Route (the most representative part of Warsaw). Park, shops, restaurants, gym closeby. It's just perfect for: -tourists looking for a starting point for sightseeing -business travelers -people looking for a cozy and quiet place to rest :)

Located in at Poznanska Street No. 11 the studio is in the most vibrant part of the city next door to numerous restaurants, bars and all that Warsaw has best to offer. Studio has 26 sqm and is equipped with everything you might need for short term stay. It is located on 3rd floor with no lift available so expect a bit of stair-climbing. Self check-in allows flexibility. *** currently there is construction site of hotel nearby which might be sometimes distrurbing during day***
