Casa Caere e' uno spazioso e luminoso seminterrato di 100 mq con entrata indipendente, composto da un ampio salone arredato di divano letto, cucina abitabile , due camere di cui una con il letto matrimoniale, la seconda con il letto a castello, un bagno finestrato e una stanza armadio. Nel patio e' possibile trascorrere del tempo e mangiare in quanto attrezzato di tavolo e griglia. La proprieta' si trova a due passi da tutti i servizi necessari (supermercati, farmacia, fermata di mezzi pubblici)

The little house by the sea

An enchanting little house with a breathtaking sea view, just 10 meters from the beach, where you can relax, lulled by the sound of the waves. Furnished in a nautical style, it resembles a sailing ship in motion. The mirrored window allows you to enjoy a coffee or lunch in total privacy while admiring the sea. Just 20 minutes by train from the Roma San Pietro station, the house is close to Etruscan Necropolis of Banditaccia and the Torre Flavia Natural Park, ideal for walks in the nature.

A minimal and practical studio apartment located just a few meters from the train station in the beautiful medieval town of Tivoli, a stone's throw from the Temple of Sibyl, Villa Gregoriana, the Temple of Hercules, and the more famous Villa d'Este. The apartment enjoys panoramic views. It features a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, TV, pellet heating with security sensors. Conveniently located near the train station and bus and COTRAL stops.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).
