Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.

Portofino - Sea View Lux Apartment is a brand new modern apartment, only 100 m. from the seaside. It has a fully equiped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a living room with a couch which can turn into double bed, and a bathroom. Furthermore it has wifi and a smart TV with NETFLIX program. The apartment has a front balcony with open view to the sea, the exotic palms and the blossoming garden of the apartment building. It has also free parking.

Its location gives you the opportunity to experience fascinating Kavala on foot or by bike. The nearest sandy beach is only 2 km away, although there are many swimming areas across the street.
