Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Situated amongst the peach orchards and vineyards in Palisade. You are in the prime location to enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Palisade but still minutes away from winery's, distillery's, hiking,skiing,biking, and the historic district downtown. This cottage is perfect for bridal parties, romance, family getaways,and much more!

Experience the feel of staying in Old Mexico while being footsteps to downtown Grand Junction. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear footsteps/people above. A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. Ride in and ride out of a new modern home located a few hundred yards away from the Kokopelli Trail Head parking lot in Loma, CO. This house sits on 6 acres and has amazing views from every window and the large, elevated deck. The house boasts modern design, open concept, tall ceilings, a third story lookout loft, a pool table, and putting green with corn hole. There is a Kokopelli Trail map painted on the wall so you can plan your ride or hike. Relax and hangout indoors and outdoors!

What sets us apart: We are located in a private, wooded neighborhood in the center of town on .6 of an acre. This quaint and charming cottage is fresh, clean, and super cozy. There is a private patio and section of our large yard that is for our guests and animals enjoyment. Wildlife frequents the property including deer and ducks. Guests tell us that we are in the center of it all but it is very quiet and peaceful. We allow smoking on the patio only, not inside the cottage.

Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. The views of the Colorado river, Grand Mesa & mount Garfield are breathtaking the animals are all friendly and love people

We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.
