Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the home for privacy. 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards,. Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. "Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Peaceful Cabin Near National Monument and Downtown

Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

There are many great outdoor spaces on the property for adults & kids. Big sandbox & play house. We are walking distance (1 block) from downtown Palisade. Park your car & walk or ride a bike all weekend! You are a 3-10 minute walk from the grocery store, bike shop, bakery, distillery, brewery, restaurants, park, pool & more!
