Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Waterfall Log Cabin

Cozy Log Cabin just feet away from the top of our 2 magnificent private waterfalls. The Falls at Sewanee Creek is located in America’s most biodiverse area on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Adventure awaits on a rugged, bouldering hike, past cascades and the second big waterfall to two private caves. Disclaimer: Flow of all Waterfalls is subject to weather fluctuations.

Swim, fish, take out the canoe or kayak, birdwatch, hike in nearby Savage Gulf or Fall Creek Falls. Go to Chattanooga, take in the sights and come back for an evening by the outdoor fire ring, or inside fireplace. Pick apples at the local orchard or buy Amish goods from the local farms. Collier House- Nearby to OHV Park & Caverns Venue

Collier House is a 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that accommodates 7 guests. We offer luxurious memory foam mattresses and premium bedding, WiFi , and parking to accomodate your ATV. We are happy to make special requests or accommodations. We are centrally located in Coalmont, TN only 5 minutes from the entrance of the OHV off road park. We are located only 15 minutes from the South Cumberland park trailheads and from The Caverns event venue. We are 1 hour away from Chattanooga.

Stone Door Cottage with new fire pit

This lovely cottage home is the perfect getaway for anyone seeking solitude or to be close to miles and miles of hiking. Just 1 mile from the Stone Door parking lot, and 5-6 miles from Greeter Falls, you'll be close to many of the outdoor amenities South Cumberland State Park has to offer. 23.9 miles from the Caverns venue, this location will not disappoint. The Coalmont Cabin – Romantic Lakefront Escape

The Coalmont is a 4 acre waterfront retreat on top of the South Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee, between Nashville and Chattanooga. This 460 sq ft "tiny" cabin sleeps up to 4. Amenities abound with boats, hot tub, fishing, zip line, lawn games, large decks for gathering, fire pit, and beautiful scenery. Perfect retreat for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families wanting to unplug and reconnect with quality time, or anyone looking for a quiet place to work remotely.

Hemlock Cabin at Ranger Creek - Near Coalmont OHV

Room for trailer parking! Tranquility is defined...at The Cabins at Ranger Creek! The cabins are designed to be a cozy and comfortable retreat from the hustle of everyday life. Queen loft bedroom, modern bath, outfitted kitchen, and all you need to feel right at home. **There is a couch in the living room that can pull out, however we do not advise this as a sleeping arrangement for adults, as it is not the most comfortable option. (Just fine for the kids tho!)

The Bird House near Fall Creek Falls State Park

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. Special note: the house will be decorated for the holiday season!

Cozy Tiny Home w/large deck, hot tub and firepit

The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. Hike, bike, cave, kayak, fish, swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. Do it all, do absolutely nothing, or a little of both here at the Trail House. There is a second home on the same property you can rent listed as New Tiny Home in the Mountains. See the last picture.

This newly renovated 2 bedroom home is conveniently located near Hwy 111. Just a 30 minute drive from Tennessee's most popular state park, Fall Creek Falls or head 30 minutes the other direction and enjoy all the Scenic City of Chattanooga has to offer. Enjoy your stay in Dunlap in a quiet subdivision located just off highway 127. One mile from downtown Dunlap. You will find our home amazingly clean and well kept with all the comforts of home.
