Facility is managed by friendly hosts willing to help. Manawatu river is very close with stunning views and great walking tracks. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

It has a private bathroom,study room and a private parking space. The Bus stop is outside the property, convenient for those who want to visit around the town. It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

Kick back and relax in this tranquil space. Located in a quiet street in Hokowhitu, close to the Manawatu River walkway (180m), bus stops to Massey University and the city centre (200m), the Hokowhitu Village Centre with shops and cafes (850m), and the Manawatu Golf Club (1200m). The Sleepout has separate access with garden views. An electric car charger is available on arrangement at an additional cost. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, capsule coffee maker, jug and toaster.

Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
