Tiny House Apartment

It’s a beautiful small space, 100 square feet, with high ceiling, and ceiling fan. It has everything you need in a small space just like a tiny house, kitchen, shower, twin bed, small closet, table and chair for dining or work, smart tv snd it’s own air conditioning. It has lots of storage in kitchen cabinets, closet, drawyers and under the bed. Kitchen has sink, microwave, mini frig, and electric hot plate. So why is such a beautiful, comfortable space such a low price? Because it does not have a regular toilet. It has a porta potty , which functions the same. You sit, you go, you flush. There is no odor and we empty it regularly. It slides into the cabinet, out of sight. Guests will enjoy shaded outdoor patio, which may be shared with other guests in the other apartment.

Enjoy this contemporary, eclectic 2/2 apartment! On display is a small Trenton Doyle Hancock collection of an imaginary universe. The apartment is outfitted with designer Italian furniture, avocado mattresses & Harmon Kardon sound. Note: I provide starter kit: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher & washing machine pods. There is a Nest thermostat. In the warm months, the AC range is 72-77. The thermostat is locked. This means you cannot set it lower than 72 or higher than 77.

A beautiful lakefront one-bedroom cabin overlooking a 7-acre private lake and situated inside a one acre permaculture food forest/garden. It is a haven for birders and naturalists as well as the wildlife we share the space with. Enjoy feeding the roaming peacocks, viewing the sunrise and sunset, and sipping coffee on the private porch or pier. Allow yourself to kick off your shoes and relax in this super spacious and peaceful suite.
