Soak up the Serenity on the Patio of a Charming Cottage

Light the fire pit and dress for dinner in the vine-covered garden at a peaceful retreat with a soothing waterfall. Zen beachy decor and coastal paintings set the scene indoors, with abundant natural light enhancing easy open-plan living. Pets are welcome with a small cleaning fee of a $50 (one time fee) and additional pets $25 (one time fee). The main room is 12'x17'. Closet is 6 1/2' long. Bathroom 4'x5 1/2' + shower 3'3" x 3'3". kitchen 4 1/2' x 8". Simple breakfast served. Your own private entrance, plenty of parking on the street, nice neighborhood. We are available if you have any questions or need information on the area. 2 night minimum please. The cottage is tucked away off the street in a quiet, safe neighborhood where residents walk their dogs in pleasant weather. Nearby downtown Redwood City is home to shops and groceries and freeways and public transportation are within easy reach. There is a bus that runs at the corner of our block, it would take you to downtown Redwood City or travel down the El Camino Real. There is a train depot downtown as well. Pets - 2 small dogs in the main house, 2 outdoor cats.

Our guest(s) can enter thru a well landscape garden to the studio's private entrance. Once inside, you can relax and enjoy a newly remodeled studio with a kitchenette, a washer/dryer combo unit, one queen size bed plus a spacious full bathroom. 1 Bedroom downtown - Great for Business & Family

One bedroom apartment, just 3 - 4 blocks from University Ave (the main strip) in downtown Palo Alto's shops and restaurants, half block from a great playground, and 10 min walk to the train. Great for business travelers, family with young kids (cool outdoor play space & extra toys to borrow!), Stanford families, and singles & couples. The unit is independent; just the outdoor patio/play space is shared. This apartment is above our garage which is just behind our house.

Woodsy Silicon Valley Cottage

Discover a laid-back side of Silicon Valley in a cozy, cedar-shake guesthouse surrounded by mature trees. Walking distance from a great network of destination hiking and biking trails. 15-30 minutes from Stanford, Sand Hill Road, and major tech companies. This 400 square foot space is on top of our garage and next to our home. There is no public transportation nearby and ride share services are available but not always reliable so you'll need a car.

The guest house is clean, newly remodeled, modern and well decorated, warm and relaxing. Note: there is a refrigerator and coffee maker but no kitchen. Lovely backyard: quiet, comfortable, & well landscaped. A workout is possible in the cottage gym. The space is one mile from downtown Palo Alto, 2.5 miles to Stanford University, 1.5 miles to Face-book, and close to many other local tech companies.
