FAMILY FRIENDLY LOFT APARTMENT IN SOUTHERN SHORES, NC Separate entry from the right side of the house. Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

BRING YOUR BOAT or use the kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island or spend the day at a sandbar! You will never be bored. We provide a swim mat and kayaks for endless fun on the water. Unbelievable sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway from the hottub or dock. Close to everything, 3 miles to beaches & hiking, 2 miles to walmart, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium.

Great Family Vacation Rental in the Chicahauk neighborhood of Southern Shores. Quite cul-de-sac setting w/ walking path to a Private Beach (400yd to Dolphin Run beach access). Bike Trails abound. Lots of Windows & Screened in porch. Basketball Court for the hoops fanatic. Gas Grill. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, wagon and 6 bicycles are in the ground Storage Unit. We own a shop called Island Attic in Duck, NC, where we sell our finds from around the globe. It is a short walk to the Multi-Use path on Bay Drive where you can walk, bike, run, or skate about 3 miles along the sound towards Kitty Hawk and 2 miles south to the Wright Brothers Monument. Kill Devil Hills has many public beach accesses with parking nearby.

This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.

The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!

Our home is just minutes from attractions like the Atlantic Ocean, Jockey's Ridge, Lighthouses, Buffalo City Distillery, Harley Davidson's, Golf courses & the water park. Our neighborhood is peaceful. We live downstairs with our 2 dogs, 2 ducks, and lots of chickens. WE DO NOT HAVE A CAT please do not encourage any cat to hang out with you they are feral and we DO NOT FEED them.
