This home is located 800 meters in altitude with california equivalent climate. It opens on 3 sides which makes you one with nature (outdoor shower). However, it has all the amenties needed for a long stay including wifi,tv, full kitchen washer/dryer and a fire pit/barbecue. There is a loft that can sleep an additional 2 people . There are breathtaking mountain and ocean views and is located in a up scale planned community with security gated access. Property has a RING securrity system.

3 Stand-alone 34 sq. mt bungalows each, situated on 4 acres of land with intact rainforest, have been converted into a perfect two-bedroom, kitchen home ideal for families and groups of friends. Each bungalow has its private patio with hammocks and Wi-fi. The kitchen/dining bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, work desk, dining table, outdoor bar area, and a barbecue. An 8-minute walk from a beautiful black and white sand beach with natural shade. Extremely safe neighborhood.

A spacious and inviting air-conditioned bungalow, situated on 4 acres of land with intact rainforest. Ideal for couples, families, and friends who enjoy eating out and do not need a kitchen. The Bungalow has an attached full bathroom and two bunk beds, each with a comfy full-sized bed on the bottom, and a twin bed on top. The spacious individual bungalow is equipped with high-speed internet, a/c, a hot water shower, fans, a coffee-maker, a small fridge, and a front porch with a hammock.

This lovely cottage has 2 bedrooms each with closet and full size bed , one bathroom between the bedroom's. The Kitchen has everything to cook a great meal . TV in Livingroom , great Internet, wifi reception , 2 patios for you to relax and enjoy the tropical garden . Beach is in walking distance . Property is shared with main house but Cottage is free standing with separate entrance. Carport on property next to cottage. Safe and quiet long term renter welcome well on property .
