Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.

Our home is on a large elevated property on the inner city harbour with our own access to the water and boat shed, where there are kayaks available to use. The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. This self contained, fully self catering, 2 bedroom flat is close to cafes, shops and the beach. There is off street parking for 2 cars ( one behind the other ). Outdoor table and chairs. We are two streets back from the beach and 5 minutes walk into town. We live above the flat so are available if there are any questions or concerns.
