A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Casa Bollicine .be is een nieuwbouw appartement met tuin gelegen aan de rand van het Italiaanse bergdorp Valtournenche in Valle D’Aoste , dit maakt deel uit van Cervino Skiparadise. Casa Bollicine is rustig gelegen op de zuidflank op 1500 meter hoogte. Vanuit de tuin heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende bergen. Aan de woning starten verschillende wandelwegen over het weidelandschap en de bergflank. De skipiste bevindt zich in de winter op 80 meter en je kan tot aan de woning skiën.

Di fronte al condominio si trova la fermata del pullman per Cervinia e dello skibus per gli impianti di risalita (circa 1 km)

NATURA e RELAX AI PIEDI DEL CERVINO

Nell'alta Valtournenche, ai piedi del Cervino, circondato da mandrie di mucche al pascolo in estate e da candida neve nei mesi invernali, io e mia moglie Enrica saremo felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti nel nostro appartamento. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Appartamento provvisto di lenzuola e asciugamani. Antibagno con lavandino e bagno con doccia. Cucina con piano ad induzione forno, lavastoviglie. Zona giorno con divano tavolo sedie tv 43 pollici e con WiFi. Zona notte con matrimoniale a 2 materassi più un letto singolo, e in caso cameretta con letto ad una piazza e mezzo. Il prezzo indicato è per 2 persone, il secondo letto 20 euro in più e la camera 30 euro. Zona comune con altro appartamento con spogliatoio asciuga scarponi e deposito sci.

Het recent verbouwde appartement met WiFi, bevindt zich op de 1e etage van een groot huis met 4 appartementen boven in het authentieke bergdorp Valtournenche. De royale woon/eetkamer heeft een zithoek met open haard en flatscreen tv, een eethoek en halfopen compleet uitgeruste keuken met o.a: gaskookplaat, oven en afwasmachine. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met wc, bidet, wastafel en inloopdouche. Er is een groot balkon op het zuidwesten.

It has a fireplace, 2 balconies and an open plan kitchen. It is a 7 min. walk from the Sunnegga Express lift and 3 min. from the main shopping streets. The master bedroom has a double bed, the lower bedroom will have a box spring bed which can be configured as a double or twins.

“Méquio” in patois vuol dire “casa”. Questo appartamento è stato del resto “casa nostra” per oltre 10 anni ed è qui che abbiamo visto crescere nostra figlia. Vogliamo fare sentire i nostri ospiti in vacanza, accogliendoli in un tipico contesto di montagna (travi a vista, caminetto in pietra, mansarda in legno..) ma al tempo stesso vogliamo offrire loro il confort e soprattutto il calore di una “vera casa”. L'alloggio è ideale per 2/3 persone.

It has an open plan living area with a modern kitchen and a wonderful woodburner fireplace, the lounge/dinning area has two glass French doors which open onto a balcony looking down the valley. The chalet is self catering.
