Beautiful remodeled separate and private guest house, 1-bedroom with a comfy bed plus a living room with a sofa bed. The mini kitchen, includes a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, and mini-fridge. Bosch washer and dryer in the bathroom, with private entrance in Paradise Valley close to best things that Arizona offers. Spacious and relaxing, close to hiking, biking, golfing, shopping and entertainment. There is a large patio for your enjoyment, it's a great place to relax.

This property is shared with my home in the front and a separate private entrance and parking in the back. There is a large room with a king size bed, sofa, large screen tv, kitchenette and table. if you would prefer, go outside on the porch and enjoy the views of Camelback Mountain

This property is in the center of town, near freeways, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and movie theaters. No cleaning fee and no checkout "to do" list. There is a pet fee and car charging fee.
