Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

This new two-bedroom rural retreat is ideal for a relaxing break with family/ friends. Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Within an easy 40 minutes from Wellington you will find Rosetta Escape, a sunny & light apartment style home with private beach access. The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

Observation Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach.
