Spacious Studio with King Bed

Get comfortable and enjoy this spacious studio. The space is perfect for a couple, which a comfy king bed and en- suite bathroom. Close to Arts Loi metro and Madou station. Near Ambiorix Square, the Royal Park and to European Commission. The studio is at the bottom floor of our renovated 1800s house. The bottom floor used to be an ‘Librairie’ but now converted to a studio. Note that we provide a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge, but there is no actual kitchen for cooking in the studio.

Dear visitor We put at your disposal a fully furnished apartment in the heart of Brussels. Nearby the EU Commission in the nice neighborhood of Schuman. As this lovely apartment is on the highest floor of our old typical renovated Brussels’ mansion, please note that there are quite some stairs to reach it. Avoid heavy luggage. Please note that the apartment is for maximum 2 persons We, as a family live on the lowest floors, easily at your disposal in case of questions or recommendations.

Appartement-flat totalement équipé à louer dans le quartier européen Etterbeek/ Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Le flat situé au 4ième et dernier étage d'une résidence offre une vue dégagé et lumineuse. Il surplombe la rue des Tongres et offre une proximité direct à Mérode (accès central au métro, tram, bus), au parc du Cinquantenaire et à Montgomery. Le quartier est reconnu pour son ambiance « expats », sa localisation centrale et sa concentration de nombreux magasins et restaurants.

Shops and supermarket at 100m. Washer and dryer are available in the building. Bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, fast fiber optic internet and nice terrace (table and two chairs).

We moved into our new home early 2019 after intensive renovations. As a result, the impressive living room is full of light, with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, no vis-a-vis and a beautiful view on a patio garden full of trees. The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, the bathroom luxurious. There is a security camera at the entrance of the house and will be disconnected at your arrival.
