Guests may arrive at the hotel any time after 4 pm on the day of check in. The principal guest will receive a text message with check-in instructions. This unit is located on the top floor of the Chateau Villas building at the 4-star Zermatt Resort & Spa. The Villa boasts amazing mountain views, especially from the private balcony attached to the master bedroom.
