Guests may arrive at the hotel any time after 4 pm on the day of check in. The principal guest will receive a text message with check-in instructions. The instruction will contain your hotel suite number & key code. I am available 24/7 to all guests from check in to check out. This unit is located on the top floor of the Chateau Villas building at the 4-star Zermatt Resort & Spa. The Villa boasts amazing mountain views, especially from the private balcony attached to the master bedroom.
